3/2 PTC Letter
Dear Parents/Guardians,
On Thursday, March 2nd, we will be hosting our last Parent-Teacher Conference of the year. This is the final opportunity of the school year to meet with the teachers of your child to discuss their current academic progress.
These conferences will be held on campus between 4-7 pm. Appointment setting with your child’s teachers is not necessary, and you are welcome to come and leave at any time between the allocated time.
We will also be hosting our second Parent-Teacher Association meeting of the year at 4:30 pm, and we enthusiastically invite all parents to attend. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow parents, and to discuss finances and logistics related to the association.

親愛的家長/監護人 您好
本校訂於3月2日(星期四)將舉辦家長座談會。此次座談會將是本學年與孩子任課老師面對面會談的最後機會，請多加把握。我們希望藉由座談會，讓家長更瞭解孩子在學校的學習進展，並與您共同分享孩子的學習點滴。
此次會議將於下午4點至7點在校內之間舉行。無需預約，您可以在此時段進入校園與任課老師見面會談。
另外，我們將於下午4:30召開本年度第二次家長會，誠摯的邀請所有家長出席會議，與其他家長互動交流。我們也將在會議中討論經費運用及教學支援…等相關問題，期盼與您攜手共創友善氛圍的校園。
