4/25 Parent-Teacher Conference

Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

We would like to invite you to attend Individual Parent-Teacher Conferences. These meetings are a valuable chance to meet with your child’s teachers to discuss how your child is progressing through our fourth quarter. Recently, our HAS Administration and PTA made the decision to hold two Parent-Teacher Conferences in second semester; this conference will be the second one of this semester and the final conference of the academic school year. We hope that the change to hold two conferences a semester will better support our students' academics and maintain open communication with our parents.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, April 25th, 2019 from 3:00PM-6:00PM. Appointments are by drop-in only and translators will be available if necessary. We look forward to seeing you there!

親愛的家長及監護人您好:

新竹美國學校邀請您參加個別家長座談會。這是一個很難得的機會，您可以跟孩子的老師們討論孩子在這第二學期至第四季的適應狀況、檢討目前的進度、以及規劃接下來的學習計畫。最近，新竹美國學校行政團隊與家長會決定在第二學期舉行兩次家長座談會；這會是第二次，也是這學年度的最後一次的家長座談會。我們希望透過這個調整能夠給學生在學業上更多的支持，並與父母保持開放的溝通。

家長座談會將在2019年4月25日，下午3:10-6:00舉行。當天老師教室內沒有進行會談時，您就可以直接進入教室與老師會談。如果需要翻譯的話，學校可以為您安排。期待與您見面!
