2/26 Volleyball Game vs. HIS

The HAS Wolves boys volleyball team defeated HIS in two sets on Tuesday afternoon. Both sets were quite close but the boys were able to benefit from their veteran leadership- notably the tremendous tandem of Anson and Elvis Feng- to close out the match. "The boys were a bit rusty at times, but that's to be expected with first game jitters," said coach Maguire. "It was a fine effort all around. Timmy Chen gained valuable experience in his first match and what can you say about Richard Lin? The dude is a gamer who has no problem laying it on the line. Anson is a tremendous leader as well. Erwin Hsu was consistent all match long to further contribute to a superb team effort."
