The health of our Hsinchu American School community is the priority. Please remember that all decisions to update our campus and operational procedure have been undertaken with this priority in mind. 

Students, teachers, and staff should not come to school if they show coronavirus symptoms, such as fever, cough, or headache. Students must use the B1 entrance when arriving at school and will be allowed in the building at 7:45 AM. Students will have their temperature taken at the door, spray their hands with alcohol, and wear a mask at all times. 

Most extracurricular activities will be canceled, and students must go to their homeroom directly after school. The school will close at 4:00 PM daily to clean and disinfect the classrooms. This means all students must be out of the building at 4:00 PM, and parents must pick them up at that time. The school bus will be leaving at 4:00 PM as well.
